I want to say something cliché like 'It was the best trip ever', 'The sky, the sand and the sea was superb!' but it was more than that, beyond that. Beyond every cliché.

I've never been traveling somewhere far with college mates, it was just that one time we went to Bandung and it was girls night out.
Then I was thinking, this is my last chance to spend time with them, soon we'll all get caught up on daily routines and working life, yeah.. why not, right? And I made the right decision to join this trip, tho there're lots of doubts the first time. But I don't regret every second about this trip. I would definitely love to do this again.

13 people, 6 girls and 7 boys. Leaving Jakarta on a beautiful Sunday morning. After 10hours bus ride, finally arrive in this small town (more like ghost town) Jepara and stayed for the night in some crappy hotel. Hotel Asia, you will never be forgotten. Monday, woke up at 5 am, leaving Jepara at 6 then straight to the harbor, breakfast and got into the ferry. Another you-will-never-be-forgotten moment, once we got in the ferry it was pppppacked! There's no place to sit so we stood for about 15-25 minutes or so, looking for empty seats. Upper deck was our last option, so we decided to stay at the upper deck till we get to our destination. It was a mistake.

Sizzling hot, sitting (and sleeping) on an iron floor, the sky was so clear there was no cloud and sun is shining way too bright. Long story short, it was a 6 1/2 hours boat ride to get to our destination and we're fried in the upper deck. Undescribeable.

But it was worth it, every uncomfortable journey to Karimun Jawa island was totally worth it. Priceless experience. We had such a great great time spending 4 days and 3 nights there. Like I said, I would love to do it again.
