So I was listening to Brad Listi's podcast Episode 123 when he interviewed the author, Sam Pink.
and there's this part where it made me realize and it's like the answer to my recent anxiety.
Listi was saying something about maintaining friendship.
He said, "..especially as you get older, it requires work, you have to maintain it. When you're in college or you're in some sort of school environment where you all stuck in the same physical space together it's much easier to maintain. But once you're an adult, you all live in separate places and you have your separate lives and jobs and stuff, you have to actually work to spend time together and you know it can easily spin away from you."
It's true man. And it's hard to maintain.
